Refunds

We have a NO REFUND policy.

Returns 
We have a NO RETURN policy unless your product arrives damaged or defective in any manner, in which case you will be eligible for an EXCHANGE within 48 hours of receiving your package. After 48 hours of receiving your package, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange.  We urge you to open and inspect your package contents as soon as possible after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please provide a photo of the damaged item(s) along with the original packing slip via email to our staff at support@karmakoated.com as soon a possible with a brief description. After review, we will contact you with instructions on returning the item(s) and steps that will be taken to have your item(s) replaced. In an effort to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any return of products for reasons other than damage or defectiveness. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

A photo of the packing slip must be included in the email sent to support@karmakoated.com. In the event that the packing slip is unavailable at the time of composing the email, unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange of the item(s). PLEASE RETAIN PACKING SLIP ON ALL ORDERS. Emails received of damaged or missing item(s) that do not include the original packing slip will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the damaged or missing item(s). 

Sale items
Damage or defective sale items may be exchanged for items of equal value. If a customer wishes to exchange for an item of greater value he/she will be responsible for paying the difference.  

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at support@karmakoated.com.


Shipping 
To return your damaged or defective product, please email our staff at support@karmakoated.com for shipping instructions. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
